The base beer's original recipe was from Nordy, a former brewer of ours. This particular edition uses a Double Eagle malt, from a PA malthouse that sources grain from pennsylvania farmers. This should be a highly drinkable brew with notes of corn and wheat. This edition infuses both commonplace coffee's papua new guinea roast and all natural mexican vanilla extract.
