Another of our longstanding beers, we make this barleywine yearly. Some gets bottled, some gets barreled. Un-aged version include some hop presence and with time that fades. Similarly, caramel, biscuit, toffee, and chocolate over time give way to cherry, and sherry tones. This version should be showing the latter notes.
