This belgian dark strong was created to honor the many artists out there in our community. In particular, upon bottling, we generally label this brew with 4-6 different labels from as many artists in the pittsburgh area. Flavor wise, this brew presents itself as malty sweet via the farmhouse ale yeast's creation of many esters but is in fact rather dry. A spiciness also seems present and is a result of those same fungi. No spicing added, we swear!
